Final Day of Guests on the sewVery Sunny Pattern Tour

Well, we've come to the final day of guest posts on the sewVery Sunny Pattern Tour. I'm going to miss seeing and sharing so many lovely Sunny dresses and tops with you all each day!

But before we get to my guests, let me remind you that the giveaway ends tonight (Saturday, August 16th) at midnight CST! I'll announce the winners of the 2 copies of the sewVery Sunny Dress & Top Pattern here on Sunday, August 17th! Enter using the Rafflecopter widget at the end of the post.

Also, the code SUNNY20 to save 20% off the regular pattern price expires on Sunday, August 17th at midnight CST! Visit the sewVery Pattern Shop to purchase your copy now and sew up a couple of Sunny pieces this weekend!

Now on to the fun!

Although Marisa of the blog Thirtynine is experiencing winter weather "down under", she still managed to sew up two beautiful versions--a dress and a top--of the Sunny Pattern that her daughter has enjoyed wearing. She was part of my pattern testing team and used a lovely red and white voile for the first dress that you can read about here. Marisa sewed up a second, modified top version that includes eyelet trim and pin tucks! To read her review and see how the top turned out, head over to Thirtynine now!

Next up is my super talented friend, Amy! Amy is the designer and owner of Peek-a-Boo Pattern Shop. I love it that even though she has a gazillion patterns of her own, she still volunteered to test my design and to be a part of the pattern tour! She is the sweetest person who has been very kind to me through the years and over the last couple of months when I would bug her with business questions! Visit the Peek-a-Boo Pattern Shop Blog to see Amy's Sunny Dress and her adorable daughter Anne wearing it!

My final guest of the sewVery Sunny Pattern tour made a top version that takes me back to my childhood instantly. Susan from Made by Momma found the fabric for this retro inspired top at an estate sale, and she embellished the front by adding a bib detail with trim and buttons. Again, I'm so excited to see others add their own flare to my pattern design proving its versatility. Susan also tested the pattern and made a fun, Option B dress in size 8. You just have to see the top and the dress she made, so hurry to Made by Momma now!

I'd love to stay in touch! Stay up-to-date on the latest patterns, tutorials, and pattern reviews on sewVery by subscribing to my newsletter now!

I'll see you here tomorrow with the announcement of the giveaway winners and a small wrap up of the tour! Next week I'll be back to business as usual around here, and I've got some new projects lined up to share with you all!

Have fun sewing!
